The long-planned, senior living community at Northern Parkway and Falls Road, behind The Falls apartments, is now under construction. It will be called The Gallery at Roland Park. NexCore, a development company out of Denver, is constructing a 111-unit senior living community in a three-story structure, occupying half of the development’s 12-acre parcel. Before construction commenced, NRPIA and other adjacent neighborhood associations, as well as your North Roland Park neighbors, negotiated a number of covenants that apply to the development and operation of the facility.
